Getting married is a significant milestone of life and a pretty special thing to experience. As your celebrant, I will:
Make your marriage ceremony amazing. When you reminisce in the years to come, I’d love for the ceremony to be your favourite part of the whole day. To do this, I’ll make the effort to get to know you and how you’d like your ceremony to be. Perhaps you’re wanting something intimate or grand, traditional or modern, formal or lighthearted… all possible! But safe to say it won’t be boring, or too long, or monotone, or any of those other things that nobody wants yet most of us have sat through at one time or another. I only do great weddings.
Make the planning process enjoyable. Yes even for non-planners. I’m known for my easy-going nature but behind the scenes I’m super-organised so you can relax any pre-event jitters in knowing everything is under control. For anxious types, my background experience in meditation definitely helps in offering a calming influence and if you like, we can look at ways to support managing nerves and anxiety throughout the planning process and of course especially on the big day.
Simplify the legal requirements. Of course alongside all the celebrations and fun stuff, there’s also a bit of paperwork. I’ll guide you through each step, making it as easy as possible.
Your Ceremony in 4 Easy Steps
To get things started, let’s chat over the phone or meet in person. Then, we’ll work out the details of your ceremony and make it happen!

If you already know what type of ceremony you’d like we can lock in the booking immediately, or request my info pack to find out more about the types of ceremonies that I offer.
I know sometimes choosing your celebrant can be easier after actually speaking in person. So, I’m always happy to arrange a phone chat or if practical, we can meet in person at a cafe. I’m available to meet in Lane Cove / Balmain / Chatswood areas of Sydney.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee. Then we’re set to go.
2. preparation
I’m here to take the effort out of planning your ceremony; making the process enjoyable while also ensuring legal requirements are met.
If you’ve chosen to have a personalised ceremony, great care and attention will be taken in writing a script that is a meaningful reflection of you both.
You’ll have access to my super-organised resources including traditional and modern marriage rituals, readings, vows, and music inspiration. The ceremony script will be drafted with your input, with opportunity for feedback and edits of the finished result.
3. The Ceremony
It’s your big day! I’ll arrive early to set up.
During the ceremony I’ll be a calm presence while guiding you through each stage including the vows, signing marriage documents, and introducing you as newlyweds.
Congratulations, you’re now married!
4. post-ceremony
As you coast into the sunset of wedded bliss, I’ll still be working for you behind the scenes as I lodge the paperwork to officially register your marriage.
If you need an official marriage certificate this can be happily arranged on your behalf.
